Amid the buzz of innovation in the watchmaking industry, Rolex remains loyal to its quiet yet significant approach. Without major theatrics or flashy surprises, the brand once again introduces innovation through small details that carry big meaning.
At Watches and Wonders 2025, Rolex updates several of its signature lines. Here’s the latest collection that’s worth talking about among collectors:
Table of Contents
Toggle1. Rolex Land-Dweller

For the first time since 2012, Rolex launches the Land-Dweller as a new line. This collection fills the gap between luxury sports watches with integrated bracelets and Rolex’s signature fluted bezel. Available in 36mm and 40mm sizes, the Land-Dweller comes in white Rolesor, Everose gold, and platinum variants, with both fluted bezel and baguette diamond versions. Its new caliber, the 7135 with Dynapulse escapement, is a slimmer version of the 7140 caliber that debuted in the Rolex Perpetual 1908.
2. GMT-Master II

Rolex introduces two new variants of the GMT-Master II—also known as the Rolex Pepsi: the white gold ‘Pepsi’ Destro with a green ceramic dial, and an Everose gold model with a tiger iron dial. Both are 40mm in size and powered by the 3285 caliber. The white gold Destro version is elevated with a matching green dial and Cerachrom bezel.
3. Rolex Daytona

The Daytona now features a bright blue lacquer dial reminiscent of Tiffany, though there is no official connection. In yellow gold and paired with a rubber Oysterflex strap, this watch continues to use the updated Caliber 4131 introduced in 2023.
4. Rolex Sky-Dweller
The brand’s most complex model returns in an 18k yellow gold case with a green sunray dial. Paired with a Jubilee bracelet, the latest Sky-Dweller maintains its annual calendar and dual time zone complications, powered by the Caliber 9002.
5. Perpetual 1908

Now available with a full yellow gold bracelet called Settimo, this watch gains a unique seven-link design that enhances its vintage and elegant feel. Still at 39mm in size, it runs on the 7140 caliber, visible through a transparent caseback.
6. Oyster Perpetual

Rolex brings playful color back to the Oyster Perpetual collection, this time with matte pastel tones: lavender (28mm), sandy beige (36mm), and pistachio green (41mm). The 28mm model runs on the Caliber 2232, while the two larger sizes are powered by the 3230 caliber.
7. Rolex Datejust 31

The Rolex lineup at Watches and Wonders 2025 closes with a stunning red ombré Datejust 31. The dial is decorated with diamond hour markers and a diamond-set bezel, completed by an 18k yellow gold President bracelet. It’s powered by the Caliber 2236 with a Syloxi hairspring.
This is the Rolex edge: not all innovations have to be loud. Sometimes, a single change in the hands, the strap, or the material can redefine the entire experience.
Watches and Wonders 2025 once again proves that Rolex is a brand that knows when to speak up—and often, it knows when to let the details do the talking.
